Gary Joel Schacker has been with United Realty since 1978 and a principal of Triangle Properties since 1981. He has represented Long Island's entrepreneurial and corporate community for over 26 years and his expertise has been essential in arranging and bringing to completion millions of square feet of real estate deals throughout Long Island, as well as facilitating transactions nationally.

He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is past president of SIOR's New York City and Downstate New York Chapter. Mr. Schacker is vice-chair of the SIOR national admissions committee, a member of the SIOR leadership development committee, and a trustee of the SIOR Education Foundation. He has also been a member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society since that organization's founding. In addition, Mr. Schacker is a board member of the Suffolk County Community College Foundation (SCCCF) and serves as chair of the SCCCF marketing committee. He also assists in teaching real estate classes at C.W. Post College. Furthermore, he is a member of the Huntington Chamber of Commerce.
